Wilhelm & Associates, Ltd., is a small firm comprised of highly qualified, experienced tax professionals. We offer a full range of tax and small business services, with clients located in several states and overseas.

Experienced Staff

Our staff has decades of experience. We have invested time in earning advanced degrees in taxation and continue to invest time every year in sharpening our skills. We have five experienced CPAs on staff. Three of us have Masters Degrees in Taxation and are Enrolled Agents - a national certification issued by the Internal Revenue Service. An Enrolled Agent (EA) typically passes a two-day exam to prove tax competency and has the same rights and privileges as an attorney or CPA in representing clients in all tax matters before the Internal Revenue Service.
